<br />Manager:

<br /> "Due to promotion effective Jmuuary 2nd, 1939, I will pass on the command
<br />of Battery 'C' lllth Field Artillery to Capt. Thcs. T. Atkins.
<br /> In order to turn over this command with a clean financial slate, it will be
<br />necessary to pay the following accounts which were incurred in the normal course of opera -
<br />tions by the organization. These were made at a time when certain revenmes were empected to
<br />come in from the new Armory Building. Since these revenues have not materialized to the bene-
<br />fit of the Battery Fund, I request that an appropriation be made in favor of the Battery Fund,
<br />Battery 'C', lllth Field Artillery' in the amount of $202.57 to cover as follows:
