Hill & Company for auditing ferry books and ~ocoun~s, for <br />August, wac received and ordered filed. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Wilson that the Virginia Electric & Power Comoany be re - <br />quired to operate buses on Sixth Avenue for twelve hours each an~ every day fr~m 6;00 A.M. <br />to lO:O0 A.M., and from 3:00 P.~. to ll:OO P.M., and that the City Attorney be instructed to <br />present s~ ordinance to cover same, was adopted. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Wilson that a committee of three be ~opointed to investigate <br />the practice of the Water Department in causingpri~ate consumers to pay the cost of reoairing <br />water lines from main to meter, was adopted, and the Chair appointed the following committee: <br /> <br />Messrs.
