In the City of Portsmouth ~ have no place~ to see or participate in the aforementioned sport ~o~ the past two years we ?~ve had to practice mud play out of doors, and using out of to,,m locations for competitive recreation. Inasmuch as plans are being made for the purpose of playing basketball in the Armory, we are asking you ~o consider our plea.
