Bain <br /> <br /> There being no other nominat~ioms, all three were declared elected and by the <br />following Tote, the vote being the same for each. <br /> <br />Ayes - Lei~a, Fox~ Grimes, <br /> Weiseman, Wilson <br />Nays - None <br /> <br /> H'' Lawrence ~arren~ <br />Howard~ u~chine, , <br /> <br /> B~ll of J. Shirley Hope, State Game Warden, for destroying seventy two tag - <br />less dogs, at $2.50 each, totaling $180~O0, was presented. <br /> <br /> On motion ofEro Hutchins, the Treasurer was authorized to pay same from <br />funds in her ~ands from collection of Dog T~xes. <br /> <br />The following letter was read and referred to the City Attorney: <br /> <br /> ~I note that I was assessed on $200, OO worth of personal property for the <br />year 1939, an increase of $100.OO over the two previous years. I have bought no furniture for <br />a number of years, and can not understand why my bill has been doubled.
