The Housing Auti~ority of the Oity of Portsmouth, Virginia, a <br />potation created under an Act of the General Assembly of Virginia, approved March 29th, t938, <br />became the highest bidder for the property at the price of $59OO.OO. <br /> <br />I recommend that the above=described property be sold to the Housing <br /> <br /> <br />
