November 26th. tq~kO. <br /> <br />lice pension fund. <br /> Under the amendment to the City Charter ~oproved in March i934, and effective <br />in June, 1935, Mr. Reid is entitled to one half of the amount deducted from his s~lary begin- <br />ning with the pay roll of July 2nd, 193~, until the time he left the Peli~e force. This <br />amounts to $31.8~.'' ~ · <br /> <br />Motion of Mr. Fox to concur in the Attorney's recommendation, was adopted. <br /> <br />Report of the City Collector for the month of October was received and ordered <br /> <br />filed. <br /> <br />Upon request of the_0ounoil, the Attorney presented the following ordinance: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR A~ff PERSON HAVING A CONTAGIOUS <br />OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE OR SKIN DISEASE TO ~ORK OR BE EMPLOYED IN ANY <br />PLACE WHERE DRUGS, CONFECTIONERIES, FOOD, AND FOOD PRODUCTS ARE S OLD <br />OR STORED, REQUIRING PERSONS EMPLOYED IN SUCH ESTABLIS.~L~NTS TO FILE <br />~ITH THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLI0 HEALTH PHYSICIANS' CERTIFICATES, ~D <br />PRE--SCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF". <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Wil~on, said ordinance was placed on its first reading. <br /> <br /> Bill of J.
