Mr. E. C. Hutch_ns to make said refund, was adopted. <br /> <br />- NEW BUSINESS - <br /> <br /> Bi~ of J. oh_rley Hope, State Game ~arden, for destroying sixty seven <br />tagless dogs~ at $2.50 each, totaling $162.50, was presented, and, on motion of Mr. Hutchins, <br />the Treasurer was authorized to pay ss~ue from funds in her hands, from collection of Dog Taxes <br /> <br />The follo~ing letter was read: <br /> <br /> ~'Ths Portsmouth District 0ommittee of Tidewater Oouncil Boy Scouts of <br />America leased the City Aua~torium for the evening December 5, 1940, for the purpose of hold- <br />in~ its annual meeting smd court of honor~ andp~id to W.L~ Davis, Supe~n~endent~ <br />rental therefor. <br /> <br /> <br />
