<br />the undersigned corporation at its monthly meeting yesterday passed the following

<br /> ~tnasmuch as the question of Slum Clearance is
<br />Portsmouth Housing Authority~ amd realizing the matter is of great
<br />opinion of those familiar ~dth housing and its requirements, we the membersof the Portsmouth
<br />Rental Agents and Property Ov~ers Association, Incorporated, hereby offer to the Portsmouth
<br />Housing Authority such assistance as we may be able to furnish in this matter, effecting every
<br />every property owner in the City of Portsmouth.
