<br />funds in her hands from collection of Dog Taxes.

<br /> "~e hereby protest the presence ef billboard advertising in the new Portsmouth
<br />stadium, and request that appropriate action be taken to remove all such advertising.
<br /> In view of the ~act that no information has been made public as to how the
<br />Portsmouth Stadium is ~o be operated, we can only assume that control is still in the hands of
<br />your body, hence, we are addressing this appeal to you.
<br /> We feel that .regardless of any agreements that Dave been or may in th~ future
<br />be made, since the stadium is publicly ownedproperty, that the people of the City have a
<br />right to a municipal s~adium unmarred by such commercialism as billboard advertising.
