Service Organization for the rental of the City auditorium was referred to the City Manager
I beg to report that I investigated ~this request in the company of
Er. D.C. Shumaker, U.S.O. representative, and we concluded that inasmuch as the City could not
~uarautee that proper hea~ would be provided in the auditorium during the day, as well as the
night hours, it would not be safe to make the desired improvements and perhaps find that the
quarters would not be suitable.
