<br />lector of Portsmouth, Virginia are authorized and directed to mark satisfied the lien of alt
<br />taxes due on said proper~y described herein and known as ?O2 Effingham Street, upon the payment
<br />of said pro rata sum. It is further ordered that a copy of this order be certified to the
<br />Comptroller. of the State of Virginia, to the Clerk of the Hustings Court of Portsmouth, Virgi-
