<br />our City amd regret that they have been held up due to the follewing reasons, quoting from let -

<br /> 1. For the duration of the ~ar, all p resent street and highway light-
<br /> ing agreements between utilities a~d govermmental bodies, as of
<br /> the date of this letter, should become inoperative.
<br /> ~ Extensions ~o present street and highway lighting systems shcald be

<br /> 3- Applications to the War Production Board for priority assistanee in
<br /> obtaining material for the above should no~ be made for the dul~ation
<br /> of the Wam.
<br /> Every effort is being made to secure these lights, but to date
