(3) That, if and when, after due diligence on the par~ of a <br /> bus opera,or, there comes refusal of a passenger, either white <br /> or colored, ~o abide by the law, that suitable remedy provided <br /> by law be employed, and where arres~ becomes necessary, this be <br /> made In manner to create the least~pesslble confusion or friction <br /> among other peaceful and law abiding passengers on the bus.
