Krug,Chief of the Power ~ranehof the War-.Production Board <br />has reques~sdthat no applications for priority-assistance be made for street lighting exten- <br />sions for ~he duration of the War. <br /> Following are locations of new street lights now under order for <br />the City. Fox to concur in the Nanager~s recommendation, was <br /> <br />l~h - "At your meeting on September 8th, I repormed t~at we had inaugurated <br /> <br />a drive~o reduce crime of all types and improve ~he moral conditions of the City, and you <br />were in f~ll accord with my program and gave me authority to proceed with ~he same. Following <br />~hi.a on Sep~ember-15th, i camsed investigation ~o be made, emp!6ying botch men and women under <br />cover agents. <br /> I wa~ also given assistance by L~eutenant Ingoldsby of the Shore <br />Pat~rol and the A,B.C. agen~s under Mr. , On last Baturday, several places were raided <br />and numerous arrests were made.
