<br />Showalter be accepted and the contract for said work be

<br />the City Manager be authorized to execute said contract on
<br />behalf of the City, with the seal of the City affixed, at-

<br />Benson and located at 810-12 Crawford St., can be leased by
<br />the City at a rental not to exceed $66.66 per month,

<br />Agency application for Federal assistance under the Defense
<br />Uorks Program, and the United States of America, acting by
<br />-and through the Federal Works Administrator, has transmit-
<br /> ted to the owner an offer of Federal assistance in connec-
<br />·tion Mith the public works referred to, and
<br /> ~EREA~, said offer h~s been duly read in open meet-
<br /> ing and has been fully considered in every respect in ac -
<br /> cordance with pertinent rules of procedure and legal require-
