<br />balance of funds under our Project VA.44-269 Water Pacllities.
<br /> We~have previously appropriated f~om the Water Department,
<br />$200,000., which was our part of ~the $835, OOO. project. I~ has been necessary to increase the
<br />cost of this by $110,O00,, and ~he Federal ~orks Agency is asking that we put up the balance of
<br />our promised part of $27,500,, which may or may mo~ be used.
<br /> I am therefore requesting tha~ the $2Y,5OO. be placed on its
<br />first reading, known a s Project VA D24-269."
