<br />with the request that they confer with his representatives in ~ashington tomorrow, relative to
<br />tsxicabs."

<br />that the City of Portsmouth's request for ~idewalks and storm sewer facilities, Project VA 44-
<br />344, i~ the amount of $85,000.00, has been approved. The City's portion of this will be
<br />$17,OO~.OO, which I shall request a~ a later date.~'
