The successful bidder on either of the above bases, shall be granted the use of fifteen days practice ~it~ou~ charge~ prior to April let, or fifteen days before the of - fi cial league schedule opens for the year. The s~ccessful bidder engaging the stadium sha!l be permitted, without further charge, to furnish and operate, until September 15th, all con- cessions orginaril~ operated in the baseball park. Should the successful bidder require use of the ~tadium for an additional period, all rights shall continue for ten additional days without additional cost, excluding the removal of advertising signs on the football stands ~hich must be removed by September !Sth. The successful bidder can no.~ paint ~y signs on the propert~ of the City nor shall any sign be permissible which can be seen from the streets of ~he City. ~.
