<br />potation for the use of the stadium for $2,500.00 per year, to be paid in five equal monthly
<br />instalments, beginning May l~t, 194~.

<br />of public works consisting of water~rks facilities, and a six-room op-

<br />anco of said prior offier; prc vided~ that the cancellation of such~contract
<br />shall not impair or vitiate any acts performed or prOceedings taken there -
