That the contract Be subject to the-approval of the <br />Federal Works Agency." - - <br /> <br />On'motion of Mr. Fox, the three resolutions were adopted. <br /> <br />lOth - "I am attaching hereto a lease between the State Headquarters <br />for Selective Service and ~he Oi~y of Portsmouth, with~reference to rooms ly and l~ on ~he <br />south side of the City N~rke~ Building. These offices are used by the Draft Board for the <br />sum of $50.00 per month. ' <br /> I would appreciate your authority to execu3e the contract on <br />behalf of the City of Portsmouth." <br /> <br />Notion of-Mr. Hutchins that said lease be approved after approval by <br /> <br /> <br />
