Snyder, has been connected with the <br />Wate~ Department of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, for <br />the past thirty-four years and has performed his duties in <br />a most accept~o!e manner; <br />AND WHEREAS, Mr. Snyder, upon the advice of his physician <br />feels it necessary to resign his oositionbecause of his health; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED T~at ~he Oouncil of the City <br />of Portsmouth sincerely regrets the loss of the services of <br />so faithful an associate, fully recognizing _his inestimable <br />worth and extends its best wishes for an early recovery of his <br />health~ <br /> AND BE iT FURTHER B~SOLVED that a copy of these resolutions <br />be spread upon the minutes of the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth and a copy sent to Mr. Snyder. <br /> <br />Leslie T.
