<br /> Notion of Mr. Howard %0 amend the rules so as to meet at 7:30 P.M,, in-

<br /> This can be done for approximately $12,000.00 and I am recommend-
<br />ing that' a~' &PDropriation of that amount from Water Department funds be made for the construc-
<br />tion of a ~et~ shop."
