Physically, hs appears to be a well-preserved man for his years. <br /> He was found ~o have blood pressure of 140 over 88. His heart ~nd lungs are <br /> within normal physiological limits. <br /> Due to injuries suffered in the course of h~s duties, he demonstrates an <br /> ulcer formation on h~s esophagus at the level o f ~he diaphragm. This causes <br /> periodical pains when he undertakes any undue strain. For this he is under <br /> constant medical supervision and care. <br /> I suggest that this man be retired, at the discretion of the Board. <br /> ~Signed) V.
