<br />United StaZes of America (herein called the "Government") hereby offers to contribute to you
<br />for the maintenance and operation of your R~creational Facilities for servicemen and industrial
<br />war workers for ~he perio~ from July let, 19~3 to June 3Otb, 19~5, both inclusive, the sum of
<br />$108,O60., or such lesser sum as the Commissioner of Community Facilities shall determine to be
<br />sufficient, wi~h other available funds, for the maintenance and operation of suoh facilities
<br />during such period.
<br /> All payments made hereunder and all earnings, fees, income end
<br />other funds obtained through or for the operation and maintenance of such facilities shall be

<br />sit Insurance Corporation. Moneys in the Contribution Account shall be exoended only for the
<br />payment of the costs of maintaining e~d operating the facilities herein described during the
<br />period specified herein, and in conformity with the latest estimate thereof aoproved by the
<br />Government.
