<br />on April llth, for a contract to run for five years, wi~h the privilege of an additional five
<br />years for the use of the land, at a fee of $250.OO per year, with the provision that there
<br />s~halt be constructed on ~he property a building valued at not less than $5,000.00; ~uy building
<br />on the land to be subjected to taxation by the City."

<br />Federal Works Agency has requested us to use the attached formsin the extension of time, in lieu
<br />of the original.
<br /> I am therefore requesting the adoption of the three attached
<br />resolutions."

<br />time for Contract No. I be extended on project VA 44-269 for
<br />315 consecutive calendar days and the City will relieve said
<br />contractor of liquidated damages in connection herewith subject

<br />Facilities."
