Proctor for the sum of $31.25." <br /> <br />On motion ordered filed. <br /> <br /> 2nd - "In furtherance of a ~ecommendation by the Chief of Police, I am ac- <br />cepting the resignation of Of~cer A. Evans, effective October 3, 19~5-~ <br /> <br />On motion ordered filed. <br /> <br /> 3rd ~0n the recommendation of the Chief of Police, I am re-instating <br />F. E. Harrell in the Police Department, effective October 9th.
