<br /> To erect a center building To contain kitchen power plant, utility
<br />rooms, diet kitchen's, operating and delivery rooms, nurses home, nurses dining room~ and in-
<br />clndihg the installation of an elevator; and to connect the four dormitories to this center
<br />building with widened corridors and new wide doors; and other necessary requirements for mak-
<br />ing these changes, painting, etc.
<br /> At an estimated coat of $264,000.00 which includes fees, and $6~,000~
<br />for furnishings and equipment, including nurses' home.
<br /> Due to the uncertainty of materials and labor, it is extremely'dif-
<br />ficult to make an accurate estimate, but we consider our approximate cos~ ~o be reasonable.~

<br />purchased a series of lots from Fred Wi~der and J. H.Sykes,~on North Street in West Park'View,
<br />to be used as a p~aygroumd for the~childnen of that c~mmunity. In our agreement, we were to
<br />pay $4,5OO.00 for the property, less accrued taxes and interest to April 3Otb, 19~5.
<br /> In o~er to close the agreement, it will he necessary for you
<br />to authorize the City Collector to delete from due delinquen~ list the taxes from April 30th to
<br />the present date."
