<br />all contracts completed, and

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
<br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, hereby accept~ the project as completed,
<br />subject To all of the terms and conditions of the contract and
<br />grants necessary time e×tenelons without liquidated damages and
<br />therefore authorizes the proper officers of the City to execute

<br />ness to grant the City of Portsmouth a right of way to construct
<br />a Sen inch Class 150 cast iron water main or pipe line upon ~he
<br />right of way and across and under ~he main track of the Railway
<br />Company and subsidiary side ~racks, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Southern Railway System has furthe~ agreed
<br />To give the City the privilege of further right to construc~ and
<br />maintain across and under ~rack #1-22, and
<br /> WHEREAS, all above being substantially shown on drawing ~
<br />A-9213, dated August 13~a, 19~5, .
<br /> NOW, THEREFOBE, Be it Resolved by the Council of the City of
