<br />ern Branch Road, Glasgow St. and Kirn Avenue, has plsmned to put a fence on his property
<br />~uich would narrow the street to such an extent that I have proposed to ~r. Sweet thst he
<br />deed enough land to the City for us to put the sidewalk along this area and then provide pro-
<br />per curb and gutters that would straighten up the corner.
<br /> This would be an added improvement and badly needed. The
<br />cost of $3,800.00 would be a justified e.~penditume.~
