<br /> We do not ~ow what the present arrangements are in your city for re-
<br />fuse disposal. If it is being handled ~ private contractors, w e would like an opportunity to
<br />bid on it at y~ur next letting. If it is not being h~d~edbyyour city gover~ent,~you have
<br />probably long considered whether it would be feasible to have one contractor handle this work
<br />for the entire city. We would be glad to make a survey ~of your city and give an estimate of
