<br />place it scm&where in the City, it would give us auditorium facilitmes which the Czty could

<br />applying to the Police Dep~artment, may receive a thirty day permit. If this is found to be
<br />insufficient, the time may be extended.
<br /> I would appreciate your authorizing me to refund to Naval per-
<br />sonnel their~pro-ratio license cost if they are transferred out of the State of Virginia; in
<br />addition I would like authority to work with Naval authorities toward a plan to recognize
<br />Naval personnel who are temporarily located here on overhaul jobs."

<br />$4510.00 each but if both are done at the s~me t Lme, the cost would be $4410.00 each.

<br />approximately $2V00.00 short for the City's part of the air conditioning.
