<br />you with reference to securing your assistance on a very touchy problem we have here
<br />and hoping~ou could send Mr. Frederick down to look into this specific case.
<br /> ~e have a water reservoir and treatment plant at the co~ner of South
<br />and Godwin Sis. Directly across about lB8 or 150 feet, there are now located some
<br />gas tanks, the capacity of which the Standard Oil Company would like to increase.
<br /> The Council feels that this would be a~distinct ~2zard to o~t~ invest-
<br />ment; therefore we felt that~expert knowledge would be appreciated ina idingns.
