In addition, am also recommending the hiring <br />of a Waste Management Manager. Helen Person. 1314 Green Street, spoke on lead in the Washington Park <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Harvey Johnson Jr. 2400 Palmer Street, spoke on the Galaxy Project. <br /> <br />3. Raleigh Harsley, 2124 Peach Street, requested sidewalks at Brighton Elementary <br />School. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Clemons. and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to suspend the rules of <br />order to allow Franklin Green two additional minutes to speak, and was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br /> <br />4.
