Mr. Howard stated that serious considerationis now being given to the SchooI Board' s request. The f ollewing letter was.read and referred to the City Attorney: "~here was reported as paidon our Criminal Judgment Docket of Jsnuary 15th, 19~7; fine and costs in amount of ~103.50, ~aich was paid by Mr. E.L. Hudson account of his son,Elmer Hudson, who was cha~ged with alleged offense of '~lnauthorized use of automobile~. The Court upon hea~ing further evidence ordered the case against Hudson reopened as of Fev~uary 12, 1947, dismissing the said Elmer Hudson of the offense with which he w as charged. I am therefore of the opinion that the sum of $103.50 shouldb e remitted to ~Lr.E.L. Hudson and.would appreciate your consideration o f the matter. Respectfully yours, ~.
