Hudson account of <br />his son,Elmer Hudson, who was cha~ged with alleged offense of '~lnauthorized use of automobile~. <br /> The Court upon hea~ing further evidence ordered the case against Hudson <br />reopened as of Fev~uary 12, 1947, dismissing the said Elmer Hudson of the offense with which <br />he w as charged. <br /> I am therefore of the opinion that the sum of $103.50 shouldb e remitted <br />to ~Lr.E.L.
