That the City of Portsmouth accept a revocable easement across the Railroad <br /> right of w~y for the t en~porary extension of Wesley St. across its track. <br /> 2. That the cost of constructing and maintaining the roadway between the right <br /> of way lines of the Railroad be paid for by the City of Portsmouth. <br /> 3. That the City of Portsmouth pay for and maintain any and all protection that <br /> may be needed to s afe~ard the temporary grade crossing proposed to be con - <br /> structed. <br /> I do not see any objection t o the first two; however, the third <br />should be clarified in order that the City will be protected from unusual experiences. <br /> I am respectfully requesting that I be authorized to work with <br />the City Attorney toward drawing uo a suitable agreement later, to be returned to the Council <br />for confirmation.' <br /> <br />Motiono f Mr. Howard to concu~ in the Manager's request, was adopted. <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Vth - U0n Jdly 22nd, 19~7, you amended Section 90-~ of o~ Building Code <br /> <br /> 'Section 90-A - There may be installed in single-story, <br /> sloping roof buildings, with unoccupied attic space, or <br /> if in flat roof buildings withOUt attic space, the <br /> Vitroliner Type E flue, or & similar type flue, provided <br /> the same are approved by ~he Natzonal Board of F~re Under- <br /> w~ters or the Underwriters aborator~es, Inc.
