To alleviate tmhiS conGmtmon, we have considered
plac~.g another story on the ~Iunmc~pal ~.ildihg and have made some roug~h sketche~ and estimates
of the cost of thais work.
We believe it is possible to give the two clerks between
s~ud 1,000 additional square feet of floor space on the third floor as well as to provide a
ladies' rest room for the ladies employed in the ~u~cipal building. ~e have also provided an
elevator in ~o~r calculations.
Under t~is new arrangement~ ~.
