property to a point near the gas tanks¢ install a transformer station at this location, run a 240 volt three phase overhead secondary line to the generator building, install metering equipment for on-peak and off-peak metering, install or have installed necessary switchin~ and load limiti~ devices and connections to the City's switchboard, and do other necessary work to complete the interconnection for the exchange of approx- imately 120 K~¥ of electricity which is the rated capacity of the two ~enerators now being ins~talled. 2. The Uompany proposes to install the interco~aecting lines and equipment for the City without asking the City for an sppro- priation of fu~ads to cover the cost of construction, and to ac - cept kilowatt hours of electricity at the rate statedin t~ee (~) below in payment for construction work as outlined in one (1) above until such time as the construction cost is offset after which the City will be paid by the Company for electricity received as stated in t~hree ($) below. The estimated cost of the interconnecti~nis $6,500. (to be ad- justed to act-~al cost after completion) and the estimated annual income to the City for i£V~q sold above the cost of K~i~ purchased, based on figures supplied by the sewage plant engineers, is between three and four thousand dollars. On this basis the interconnection cost would be offset in about one and one-half years. ~.
