8th - ~The matter of a piece of City-ow~ed real estate, which is bein
used at the present time by ?er. ~P~rry Lippman, at the northeast corner of Fourth Street and
Gosport Road, has been brought to my attention and, according~vo correspondence, 5~. Lippman
was instructed to vacate this property on November ltth, 1947, but no action has been taken.
I ~lso know that from our accounts~ Mr. Lippm~u has said no
rental on the property since 1947. I am of the opinion that this propert~ should be restored
for street p~mposes because such encroachment is causing congestion on b otb Gosport Road and
Fourth St.
