<br />29th, 1~9, whichvas ~it~en.~y a Bessie H. Aldrich of the Humane Society. I think, without a
<br />do~b~ that some of the proce~d~ of the Dog Tax money should go tward the upkeep and~unning o f
<br />the H~mane Society. I think it is one of the best things which .could be done for our City.'I
<br />sm sure if the 8ociety were supported by these funds this would be a better city to live in~
<br />Any ma~ who may call himself a man would ~not stand by and ~ee these animals not properly cared
<br />for in a humane manner, T~ith the proper funds and support of you of the City Council, I b elie~
<br />that the Society couldVez~ easily control the ~o~i~als of this city in the proper manner. I
