<br />bills are not paid at ths proper time or for a violation o f any other rule of the ~¥ater De-
<br />partment, or sewerage disposal department, the Department shall have the right to cut off
<br />the water at any time; otherwise, this contract shall continue in force until cancelled in

<br /> i suggest that these meterm be dquipped to afford one hour parking fo~
<br />five cents and two hour parking for ten cents. There will be the necessary loading and un -
<br />loading zone left in the area, for use by the business People.
<br /> This condition is brought about ~y some of the Navy Yard workers park-
<br />ing their cars in ~his a rea early in the meaning and leaving them the~e all day, which
