<br />for $3~_~0.00. As this timber is completely surrounded by property owned by the Water Depart-
<br />ment. M~. Sheffield has requested three years ~r0m July 1st, 1949 in which to remove this tim-
<br />bet. We recommend acceptance of this time limit.

<br />facility projeet k~own as Project VA 44-408.10 to provide a portion of an outlet sewer line
<br />for the~collection of sewerage from the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, (hereinafter called the
<br />SCity"), and other communities in the vicinity, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Gove~r~nent h~s heretofore obtained the info,nat consent
<br />of the City for the construction and placing of a portion of the said s ewer line in, along and
<br />under the hero,after described city street, and is now desirous of acquiring a formal ease-
<br />ment in the said city street, described as follows:
<br /> A perpetual easement to construct, maintain~ repair and re-
<br />place and use a sewer line as now located in, under and along Hartford St. in the City o f
