Vernon Ave., lots ~33 and 734, 60 x 140~ <br />from Tws-Family dwelling class C t o Multiple Family dwelling <br />Class D." <br /> <br />The m~eting was opened to the public, with no response. <br /> <br /> Motion of M~. TLmber <br /> on Lake Cahoon property $3010.00. <br /> <br /> American Ltmaber Company, Suffolk, Va. -'Timber on Lake <br /> ~Eilby exclusive of Turkey island $4150.00 and $20e00 <br /> per thousand for timber on Turkey Island. <br /> <br /> These bids are for timber advertised and on plats identified by the ad- <br />vertisement and each party has been shown over the propert~ involved b~ our M~..Story? 'They agreed to <br />remove said timber on or before June 30th, 1951., <br /> · ~ We recommend the sale of the timber on Lake Cahoon to W.H. Sheffield <br />for $3~_~0.00. As this timber is completely surrounded by property owned by the Water Depart- <br />ment. M~. Sheffield has requested three years ~r0m July 1st, 1949 in which to remove this tim- <br />bet. Rothrock, of this office, I transmi~ <br />herewith an original and three copies of a proposed resolution covering the Hartford Street <br />easement~ I trust this will reach you intime Cot submittal to your City Ooun¢il. We will pre- <br />pa~e a foam of easement deed which can be executed by the proper city officials after the res~ <br />lution has been passed.
