<br />torney, concerning the purchase of a lot at the rear of the Fi~e Station located on North St.
<br />'a~ud owned by ~{rs; Georgia N. Dey 'and' Joseph H. Neville.
<br /> I recommend that _the City make an offer for the lot in the
<br />sum of $400.00 and that the City Collector.be authorized to reimburse them for the s~ount of
<br />the taxes that have been paid due to ezToneous assessment~"

<br /> Motion of Mr. Warren that the City ~lanager be authorized to make an
<br />offer for the property, was adopted.

<br /> llth - "I recommend that the City block bounded by North, Grace and
<br />Green Streets and the wall of the Cedar Grove Cemetery, be approved as the site for the new
<br />Police headquarters building and that the City purchase the property from the owners if a rea-
<br />sonable price can be secured; otherwise that the City Attorney be authorized and d~ected to
<br />i.~stitute condemuation proceedings to acquire it."

<br />Police headquarters and that the City Manager proceed to secure the property, was adopted.

<br />made to reimburse the widow of Fred Tu~lington, a forger police officer, the amount due her
