I wish to assure you that we shall welcome such a meeting and will be glad to call a meeting of our Commission for any time and place which will be kcceptabte to you and the members of your Council. We would like to cleanup all such matters at the forthcoming meeting. We will be able to place all the cards on the table face up and frankly answer any and all questions which you or mem- bers of your Council may care to ask us. It would be helpful if you could furnish us vrlth a list of ques - tions you want answered. Howard, referred to the City Manager. 8th - "A letter from the Optimist Club was referred to a committee with reference to the purchase or lease of a parcel of land near the City Stadium. Our City Attorney¥ R~ C.
