The regular meeting of the City Council falls on September 12th. Motion of Mr. Duke that the regular Council meeting be held on Seotember gth, 19~0 was adopted. !3th - "Due to increased work load in the Social Service Bureau, there is need for ~o additional clerks. This will require an aporooriation of $740.00 for the remainder of the year.
