Barclsy~ City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Chair. <br />Vice President Wilson in the ~ <br /> <br />Minutes of regular meeting held on October 2~th: 1950 were read and <br /> <br /> The following reports from the City Manager were read: <br /> 1st - "I submit herewith a copy of e contract for engineering servic~ <br />between the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia: and the firm of Greeley and Hansen~ and recommend <br />that the City Manager be authorized and directed to execute the contract on behalf of the Cit <br />of Portsmouth and that the Clerk attest the same ~nd affix the seal of the City thereto." <br />Moti°n of lat. Houghton that the City M~nager be authorized to sign <br />the contract ~nd that the City Clerk attest the same~ affixing the seal of the City:was adopte <br /> 2nd - "I am submitting herewith a copy of deed and dedication cover- <br />ing a certain water main lying within Williams Court: Project VA ~408% and recommend that the <br />City Manager be authorized and directed to execute the deed on behalf of the City of Portsmout] <br />and that the City Clerk attest s~e and affix the seal thereto." <br /> Motion of ~r.
