Rodgers for relief of taxes, I <br />find that the following taxes assessed agaLust Jmmes N.Redgers on a building number 3916 Columbia Street, ~should <br />be relieved: 19~8 - $36.00; 19~9 - $36.00; 1950 - $~5.00, together with interest and penalties thereon. Mr. <br />Rodgerswas asses~edwith two buildings at $1800.00 each whilehe owned~only one building. One of the building <br />values had been relieved in Norfolk County in 19~7, but it was not omitted from the land book when it was trans- <br />ferred to the City~" <br /> <br /> Attached - "I request that the estate of m~ late husband, James N. Rodgers, be relieved of taxes <br />assessed against a building designated as n,,mber 3916 Col~mbia Street c~ lots 22 and 24 Col~mbia Street. He was <br />assessed for two buildings at $1800.00 each for the years 19~8, 19~9 amd 1950, while he owned only onebuilding <br />at number 391~ Columbia Street. There is no building number 3916.
