<br />Branch right of way within the City of Portsmouth, extending from High Street to the Seaboard Air Line ~ailroad.
<br /> Since it has been agreed to permit the Railroad Company to deed to the Portsmouth
<br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority direct that portion of the right of way crossing said property, I recommend
<br />that an appropriation in the sum of $2,000.00 be plaeed on its first reading to provide funds for the pa~maat of
<br />the remainder of the right of way being acquired by the City."
