<br /> "This is to inform you that at the Annual Meeting of the Tidewater Health and Medical Care
<br />Council the motion was passed to accept the report of the .:Tuberculosis Study Committee which recommended the
<br />construction of a sanatorium in this area as quickly as possible. We are inclosing a copy of the report in full
<br />We urge your immediate consideration of this vital matter."

<br />The following letter from the Portsmouth Central Labor Union was rea~:
