<br />City-for loss of revenue on property and public utilities was adopted.

<br />Simon Cross s.ud Ruth Cross to refund ~axes paid by them on a building valued assessed on lot 287 south
<br />side of Columbia St. A building at the v~lue of $500. was ~ssessed against simon and Ruth Cross for
<br />the years 19~ through 1950, inclusive. It was omitted by the assessors of 1950. On October 31,1951;
<br />Cross p~id ell taxe~ assessed against the property and later complained to the Commissioner of Revenu%
<br />who wrote the letter received by you. I fiud that there has been~o buildin~ on the l~-ud and Simon
<br />Cross and Rut~ Cross are entitled to be refunded the following amounts paid on the building value:
