A one-half interest in lots numbers 257, ~5, ~46, ~d+7, ~36, 5~0, 5kl, 5&7 and 548 on the <br /> plat of ~he South Portsmouth Land sad Improvemen~ Company, recorded in the Clerk's office <br /> of Norfolk County in Map Book 2 pages 58 and 59, which were purchased by Hyman Cooper <br /> for the sum of $~65.00. <br />2.
